Gather all your stuff together (bath bombs, face masks, candles, lotions...).
Plan some healthy meals/snacks for you to have throughout the day.
Get some exercise during the day. Go for a walk/run around the neighbourhood
Give yourself a spa treatment. Have a hot bath, use face masks, scrubs, light some candles.
Listen to relaxing music.
Get a massage done by your boyfriend, husband or call someone to do it.
** TRICKS **
- Before going for a bath/shower put your body lotion on top of a radiator or heating vent so its warmed up when you rub it on.
- Deep-condition your hair with coconut oil.
- Light some candles around your bath, put some music on and close the lights.
